Wen Lin Online Bookshop provides a simple and safe trading environment for you. Please become our member before trading, which is completely free. By doing so, you may start your shopping trip now!

以下是完成一筆訂單的購物流程說明：

The following is the shopping process of an order:

STEP 1 將商品放進購物車前，請先點選網頁最上方的「登入」，輸入帳號或電郵及密碼，然後登入。另外，您也可以利用Facebook帳號快速登入。 

STEP 1 Before putting the goods into the shopping cart, please click "login" at the top of the webpage.

Enter your account number, e-mail or Facebook account and password to login .

STEP 2 將商品加入購物車中。

STEP 2 Add goods into the shopping cart.

STEP 3 點選網頁右上方的「購物車」，再按結帳，確認購物車明細。

STEP 3 Click “Shopping Cart” in the top right corner and click “Checkout” to confirm details.

備註：若貨品名稱後出現三粒紅星即代表該貨品庫存不足，請與我們的客戶服務員聯絡。

Remarks: The 3 red stars shown after the product name means that we do not have enough stock. Please contact our customer service for details.

STEP 4 選擇配送方式及付款方法。

STEP 4 Choose your delivery and payment method.

STEP 5提供訂購人資訊與收貨地址。

STEP 5 Provide customer and recipient information.

STEP 6確認無誤後請勾選「我已閱讀並同意隱私政策」及「我已閱讀並同意購物須知」，然後結帳。

STEP 6 Please tick "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy" and “I have read and agree to the Shopping Notice”. Then click “Confirm Order”.

即使沒有加入會員，也可以購物。若未登入會員，於結帳頁面左方按「直接結帳」即可。

You can place an order even if you have not yet signed up for a membership. You can click "Guest Checkout" in the checkout page to place your order. 

 1.您可透過Paypal系統使用VISA、Mastercard、America Express、JCB或銀聯付款。

You can pay by VISA、Mastercard、America Express、JCB or UnionPay via Paypal system. 

2.若您選擇信用卡線上刷卡，當按下確認送出訂單後，系統會先產生訂單編號，並連結至Paypal刷卡頁面。

If you choose to make your credit card payment online, the system will first generate an order number and link to Paypal page when you click “Place Your Order”. 

3.進入Paypal頁面後，請選擇「以訪客身份結帳」，並輸入電郵及按「繼續付款」，或選擇「使用扣帳卡或信用卡付款」。

When entering Paypal page, please click “Pay as a Guest” and enter your email address. Then click “Continue Payment” or “Pay with a Card” to process payment. 

4.輸入信用卡資料、帳單地址及聯絡資料，再按「立即付款」即可。

Enter credit card details, billing address and contact information, then click “Pay Now” to confirm payment. 

5.若無任何問題，系統將連回文林網上書店網站，顯示完成訂購畫面；若付款成功，系統會發電郵通知。

If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

1.先於結帳頁面按「Confirm Order」下單，再經任何銀行透過「轉數快」轉帳至以下戶口：

Choose “Bank Transfer” in the checkout page. Use Faster Payment System (FPS) to transfer to:

2.轉帳後，請把入數證明電郵至orders@wlpl.com.hk。

After transfer, please email the bank slip to orders@wlpl.com.hk

3.收到入數證明後，會發電郵通知。

If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

訂單完成後，付款方式、訂購內容、金額及數量等即無法變更，若仍需要作出任何更改，請與我們的客戶服務聯絡。

All order details such as payment method, products and quantity cannot be changed after confirmation. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service.
